Fitness has always been an important part of my life and for over 20 years now, I've been bringing my passion and enthusiasm into my workouts with my clients. I motivate and challenge my clients to work hard in their sessions but have fun as well. Since each client has their own particular needs and goals, I target their sessions so that they see and feel results. Keeping current with my education in post-rehabilitation training and Pilates allows me to train my clients with the most up-to-date and effective modalities.
