Our trainers are not only certified in personal training, but also in nutrition counseling. As part of your personal training package we can provide guidance with nutrition:

About Personal Training
Our trainers have advanced certifications enabling us to offer specialized routines based on your needs. At your complimentary fitness consultation, our trainers will meet with you and discuss your fitness and wellness goals, review your exercise and medical history and work with you to create a customized personal training plan.
